SERVICES

All appointments use advanced stretching, bodywork and massage techniques to help you recover quicker and perform better, specific to your activity or sport. Additional modalities may be added, including athletic cupping, muscle scraping (IASTM), red light (infrared) therapy, and more, always at no extra charge!

When you schedule the appointment, please a brief summary of what is going on, and any relevant information, and I'll take care of the rest!

Examples of common types of notes when scheduling: "14 year old baseball pitcher with discomfort from his shoulder to his elbow",  "47 year old, works at a desk 8 hours a day, having terrible headaches", or "Having a hard time bending my knee past 90 degrees due to ACL surgery last year."
